Outdoor Small Group Training



Working out outdoors is a great option for those not comfortable training inside a gym or when gyms are closed in Montreal. So we've started our pop-up small-group training sessions where you can workout safely in a group socially distanced in Somerled Park in NDG! Each session will consist of 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Schedule: Saturdays at 8:30 am, 9 am, 9:30 am, and 10 am or Sundays if rain on Saturday (30 minutes for each session)


  1. One session = $30 plus tax
  2. Five sessions = $120 plus tax ($24 each plus tax)
  3. Ten sessions = $200 plus tax ($20 each plus tax)
